As a Project Manager, you’ll lead on‑site technology implementations, working closely with customers to ensure successful delivery, safe execution, and strong operational outcomes.

This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys leading projects in the field, collaborating with diverse teams, and turning innovative technology into real‑world results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end MineStar technology deployments on site
  • Ensure delivery aligns with safety standards, project plans, and budgets
  • Coordinate stakeholders, customers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues proactively

About you:

  • Experience in project delivery or supervision (mining technology or Caterpillar experience advantageous)
  • Comfortable leading teams and working in a site‑based environment
  • Trade certification and/or project management experience desirable
